- Qualitative and quantitative biostratigraphic analysis of eleven microfossil groups (angiosperm pollen, gymnosperm pollen, spores, dinoflagellates, acritarchs, chitinozoa, planktonic foraminifera, benthonic foraminifera, calcareous nannoplankton, radiolarian, and ostracoda).
- High-resolution age-dating, paleobathymetric, paleoenvironmental, plaeoecological, and paleocelimatological interpretations using abundance and diversity variations of environmentally-sensitive microfossils.
-
Palynofacies analysis for characterization of organic matter maturity, vitrinite reflectance, and kerogen type identification.
-
Integration with multi-disciplinary sequence stratigraphic & cyclostratigraphic interpretations, including the identification and age-dating of condensed sections, unconformities, transgressive surfaces and systems tracts.
-
High-quality sample processing and treatment of ditch cuttings, sidewall core, and core samples whenever available, whatever the type of drilling mud.
-
High-quality microfossil photographs and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) microfossil photos for guidance and documentation.
-
Produce high-accuracy fist/last occurrence, abundance, and diversity diagrams and chronostratigraphic charts.
- Graphic correlation (Composite Standard).
